Education
times, graduating in 2002. In 2003 I received my Certificate in Digital Film from the Center for Arts and Technology Okanagan (CATO) which accredits me with the theoretical and hands on knowledge of
digital video production. This course covers all of the practical knowledge from script writing and budgeting, to using video equipment, video editing programs and sound engineering. While attending school in Kelowna I have worked at a high-end photo lab. To date, I have worked at a total of three photolabs, a sign shop and as a graphic designer which has given me extensive knowledge in off-set printing and graphic design (web and printed), this is experience a lot of photographers don't have.
I’ve been shooting since 1999, and started learning Photoshop that same year, taught one-on-one by an industry professional in web design. Since then I am privileged to have spent over five years as an apprentice to one of British Columbia's most recognized architectural photographers
Colin Jewall Photo Studios Inc.
Today I offer consultation and photography specializing in people and products with high-end appeal. My goal is to create strong imagery that delivers value whether it be products, people, or services.
